Kubbar Island is a tourist spot off Kuwait. This appears to be it at high tide.

This particular video is a what looks like a group of six birds. Ambiguous enough apparently that AARO could not just say it's birds, and so it's a fleet of UAP for the media.

I think I need to add flocks of birds to Sitrec.

Important Bird Areas
The island has been recognised as an Important Bird Area (IBA) by BirdLife International because it supports a breeding colony of white-cheeked terns.
