Belarus demonstration video

I found this video on twitter uploaded from Bloomberg, where we can see a large crowd chanting and clapping, with cars sounding their horns too. I noticed that there is a discrepancy between the crowd motion (at least from what I can discern) and the moment the clapping starts. Is this video edited?

Here is the link to the video:

P.S. - I also tried looking at their youtube channel, but I couldn't find the same exact video.

There's no connection at all. Hover it looks like this is the outskirts of the crowd. What we are hearing appears to by synchronized clapping that's closer to the camera, probably from a group down and to the left. I see nothing to indicate the video is edited. It appears rather low bitrate, and so the crowd motion is a bit jerky.

Here is a higher resolution version of the video, unfortunately the bitrate is still not great. The footage looks like it's coming from a traffic/weather camera, which would explain how stable the shot is for being outside, wide lens, & the poor quality audio.

Here's another angle on the protest, I'd guess the camera is positioned somewhere on this building's roof, shooting at the park across the street. There are a ton of protestors closer to the camera who are out of frame. If you've been to a large protest like this, you have a lot of different pockets of people chanting, clapping, marching to independent of each other.
