Asked about wether the client list will be released by the DOJ, Pam Bondi said "it's sitting on my desk right now for review". I acknowledge that it just might be semantic. She lists several cases, JFK, MLK, that are being reviewed, and so she is referring to the Epstein case as a whole and not specifically to a client list. However that's not what the reporter asked, but not answering questions is not uncommon for members of the administration.

Pam Bondi has claimed that Donald Trump has saved the lives of 258 million Americans as she praised the president's first 100 days in office during a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, 30 April.

The Attorney General said that if not for Mr Trump, approximately 75 per cent of the US population would be dead due to 3,400 kilos of fentanyl having been seized since the Republican took office for his second term.

"Since you have been in office, President Trump, your DOJ agencies have seized more than 22 million fentanyl pills — 3,400 kilos of fentanyl...which saved, are you ready for this, media? 258 million lives," Bondi claimed.

Well, given that you don't measure lethal doses that way, and Fentanyl's isn't even accurately known, the easier bogosity to spot was the fact that nearly 12 americans are sharing each pill.

I've always called her Pam Blondi. She just doesn't seem that smart.. but I think she may just be a bad speaker or something. Some people just aren't good at public speaking. I don't know where she gets these numbers from with the fentanyl deaths, but I will say, I am very grateful that much fentanyl is off our streets! It probably doesn't save 200 something million people, but I bet it could save 100 thousand.

If there's any truth in the numbers, they're still small compared to Biden's. However, that's not a surprise, Biden was prepared to put money into such things. Trump, alas, does the opposite:

Sounds like Bondi should have used the term "lethal doses" instead of "lives saved".

But I don't care about the politics of this, I'm just happy both admins are dedicated to getting this crap off our streets - and that's the way it should be. Fentanyl actually kills 10s of thousands of people each year.
