Explained: Mysterior Tower of Light in Shenyang, China

The above image, tweeted by UfoOfInterest, both describes and explains the recent "pillar of light" in Shenyang, China. It is simply a building, illuminated by the sun, but also obscured by fog. The brightly reflected sunlight creates a mysterious look, but it's nothing supernatural.

A better video shows windows on the actual building.
