UFO over Golden Gate Bridge, or Reflection?

I presume the latter, but these pictures were sent to me by someone who believes the former. The pictures were taken about 5-6 years ago on a cruise ship on a foggy day in San Francisco Bay using a Canon digital camera. The object wasn't noticed at the time the picture was taken. Supposedly the picture was taken outside and not through any window. I tried searching Google images and saw some camera artifacts that looked somewhat similar, but not really close, and the ones I saw seemed to be attributed to taking the picture through a window and getting the reflection of a light from behind the camera. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks!

If they have more photos and info as to which cruise line/boat it was, you can track down the actual light,

This is the cruise line, and it's likely the same ship. Given the lapse in time, I think it's a good chance that the person who took the photo doesn't recall that it was taken through glass because it was outside (pool-level).

The lamp looks like it has one of those glass reflectors that are ribbed on the outside and smooth on the inside.

I'm confused as to what the second photo is showing, as it does not match the large photo.

In the large photo zooming in on the center light gives:

And there's another reflection on the left:

Here's a contrast enhanced version:

Turns out it was a different cruise (sorry!)
It was the Oceania Regatta, which does have white deck chairs like what appears to be in the photo with the bridge.

I think the 2nd photo is a crop of a different picture taken at or near the same spot. I'll see if I can get the original.

I do appreciate the help in trying to solve the mystery!
