Motion blur can of course also happen when the camera filming it, is moving fast with respect to the "area of high contrast". In my view this video is (as almost as per normal) just not giving enough information to make conclusive identification... -

An often-stated warning is "Don't be so open-minded that your brain falls out" ...which would seem to be a warning unheeded by those who uncritically embrace woo and think of those who insist on material facts as being the short-sighted ones.
