This shows how the upper portion of the building has sagged. That's a lot of weight to just jack back up. -

Sitrec now has a limited Street View, designed for syncing up a specific location. Still a bit of a work in progress, but I'll improve it as needed. -

A technician/engineer/scientist will never rest before knowing at least some principles behind the things... -

There's also survivorship bias, as bad hoaxing never gets notorious enough to be widely reported. We've talked about apps that will add UFOs to your vacation photos, and every one of these is a hoax. But most don't make it to the UFO reddit... -
I suspect it was a hoax, but as you say, certainty is not going to be possible without more evidence, which is likely not going to be forthcoming. One thing that would be interesting to know, but is probably unknowable, is how prominent hoaxing...

Despite Berman's (of MetroLoft) shockingly casual: "It's less than 1%, a fraction of the building. It's frankly not a major issue for us at all," if I were an inspector, I think I'd be saying: "Hey, let's try out our new drone camera!"
