What if it is too far away to see those details? I can tell some birds from behaviour at beyond visual ID range at least to genus and in the UK to species by elimination (we only have one Kestrel for instance) so if it's hovering it's a kestrel...

Sadly, this isn't necessarily the case. One problem with UFO reports is that they often begin with someone claiming to have seen something extraordinary. An article is then written asking whether anyone else saw a large glowing triangular craft...

The location of Video 3 is here: Google Maps Streetview with my rationale below... The line of sight from here is towards the Southeast, which when checked against the OpenInfrastructure Map ponts towards another electrical substation. -
