The camera is tracking and focussing on the subject as the subject is stationary and the platform is moving in the straight line, ie not an arc, the platform will get closer to the subject and this will be reflected in the view of the background.

I don't think that these were uploaded to AARO. The collection of many of these videos pre-dates AARO by many years I suspect. People interested in UFO's were saving them somewhere on a classified network(s) to share with others also interested...
