It's to give the pilot visual feedback. The MQ-9 is a fixed wing aircraft, so knowing what the bank angle is is part of flying. This would apply more when looking forward. I wonder if it's selectable. -

If the camera is behind a window or transparent dome, we don't know if the compartment it's in would be deliberately pressurized (or depressurized). I don't know about these things, but I can't think of an obvious reason why it would be...
