It looks like F40 was the broken one (two rows down from the substation 5th from left) and that it was fixed between EDIT: 19 9 Dec '23 - 3 Jan '24.

Used the 0.47x0.63 FOV and the camera is at 131 km !! :D
I will try and find the path and camera match first, then I can refine the turbines with John's data.
