Personally I’d rather he show me the overwhelming evidence rather than hearing more of his “trust me bro” stories. According to these guys the real disclosure is always just around the corner. It’s been like this for decades -

But could this be a superior mirage effect due to an inversion layer? The "white layer" would then be the sky, with an inverted image of the peak above it. This would explain the transient nature. -

That's what I thought. I really don't see how you can arrive at that. Most of the discrepancies are explainable. AAWSAP was an actual funded program, set up by Lacatski and Reid, likely for Bigelow's benefit. I think they really believe this...

I think Lacatski is mostly honest about AAWSAP. They made that database, those DIRDs, researched on the ranch, traveled to Brazil for some interviews or research, and so on. My guess is that AATIP is as described in the Kona Blue presentation...
