No, but I don't think he lied about anything. He recounted a lot of hearsay in the public hearing, and the SCIF session that followed didn't amount to much. I got the impression that Grusch did not tell falsehoods, he simply didn't recount... -

I don't know about the details ("What's said in the SCIF stays in the SCIF"), but from the nonsense spouted by some it is apparent that someone is telling crazy stories to members of Congress. Surely you can't have forgotten Grusch already...

Has that happened? When, where, by whom? If they actually imaged a foreign adversary's object, the adversary would learn what it looks like on US sensors. Or the people 'vaguely suggesting' are in fact bluffing and have no hard evidence...

Or, I'd think, that they are both caused by a common thing, such as the clutch popping in (or whatever the correct term is in an ATFLIR pod) making a bump and making the camera begin to rotate.
