Yes, exactly as I said - you can pick out some reports to support planes, and I can pick out some reports to support a relatively slow-moving single object.
I agree the size of 1/3 mile is implausible. However, it's not at all implausible that it wasn't found. In fact, it may well have been found - but that doesn't mean anybody associated it with the Phoenix Lights.
