Agree.
The red "orb" (around 10 mins into the over hour long video) does an incredible job of tracking the movements of the camera to appear stationary. Skip anywhere forward, back and it's in exactly the same spot. I doubt it's a ufo. -

I think it is interesting that all the other clouds in the picture have gaps and holes in them. It is, apparently, a day when patchy "tattered" clouds form with gaps. Taking the image shown, rotating it to make it easier to select a thin strip... -
