I think you may have posted that before I updated the post above. I am pretty certain it is the Jet2 flight, plus wind. My modelled drifted contrail is pretty close to your photo. I actually took a timelapse that same evening, as the contrails... -

This one, AFR64KZ passed over at 17:13, although it didn't turn flew in line with the road I was standing on. I think the chevron shape is caused by the contrail drifting?

It's only years later that we hear reports from witnesses who say they saw something flying in the sky above them (see Luke Nel video clip below from Ariel Phenomenon 2022)...
