New Feature UI Changes, Window bars, Resizing, Pop-out, and Full Screen

All views and floating windows now have a Top bar. This is hidden by default on the three main views (Main, Look, and Video), but on for most other views. Click the pin icon to fix/free it.

To full-screen a window, you now double-click on the top bar, or single-click on the

icon.

Text and graph windows also have a "pop-out" icon:

Clicking on this will open that window in a separate browser window, allowing you to move it to another monitor. Due to browser limitations, you can't do this for the 3D or video views. I think this will be handy for the scripting view, when I make that do something useful

And now when windows share an edge, you can drag that edge, and it will resize all windows that share that edge
