UFOs over Sioux Falls

There's this person posting "orbs" passing the past few nights over to the northwest of somewhere between Sioux Falls and Sioux City.

They look like satellites and planes, but based on the time displayed, it doesn't look like satellites would be visible from the location (even flares would be too low in the horizon)

I'm not sure if maybe I'm setting something wrong, or if perhaps the OP is wrong and the time is not accurate, or if it's something else entirely, but I'm kinda stumped

They look like the usual starlink satellites flaring, and they're appearing in the right part of the sky (near the constellation Bootes). Time and location seems a little out though.

Yeah, I suspect the time is off, but I don't have the astronomy skills to prove it

The only real way is if you have stars visible or occluded by the horizon when they shouldn't
