Tonight Al Jazeera is reporting on their X/Twitter on a UFO seen over Tehran:
Screen grab of an image from the video, which shows a curved/angled line of clashing lights in different colors:
Watching it gently bob up and down, and having seen these enough times, it is pretty clearly a delta kite with LED lights, similar to this one but with a different controller or a differently programmed controller on the LED lights, so the flash pattern is not the same.

A video of such a kite in flight that includes multiple moments where it turns and glides away from the camera and looks very much like the AL Jazeera UFO is here:

Note that in that last video, the two edges supporting the lights are straight and form a pretty distinct angle -- as the kite is being allowed to glide downwind away from the flier, there is little pressure on the kite's sail and the sticks are straight. Depending on how strong the wind is, a kite in stable flight might well have curvature in the sticks on the leading edge -- it is also possible that the lights on the AL Jazeera kite are attached along a curve rather than straight along the leading edge, or even hanging in an arc under it, attached at the two ends. (I do not know the exact make/model of the kite, it may well be a homemade version.)
In the Al Jazeera video, we are looking at the back end of the kite from a position downwind. So something like this:

Posted to demonstrate that seen from behind, these kites are not going to block the clouds in the background much.
Me, I would not fly such a kite in that place at that time, sound like a good way to get obliterated by the armaments of one side or another. I would not do it. But somebody did.
