So the camera is moving. This rules out that the line is a fixed geographic feature like a coast, or a contrail. The other theory is that it's a camera artifact.
The object could be circling the camera, the camera circling the object or a combination. We don't have enough data to tell.
The description claims the first few minutes have no content, but it's a great demonstration of diffraction spikes from what are clearly boats. Couldn't ask for a better visual debunking.
