And its going to be that much harder to debunk because a big "credible" newspaper reported it, so it has to be true.
Can you be specific as to which claim there you want to debunk? Quote it.
When I post a video lets presume that all of it is true. If you see anything in there that you feel is false then let it rip. Its a very basic video with a basic theme, I shouldn't have to spell it out for you.
Very interesting . . . legal nitpicking is a game of those wishing to avoid accountability . . . collecting data and storing it is not illegal unless you analyze it . . . Really???When I post a video lets presume that all of it is true. If you see anything in there that you feel is false then let it rip. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophical_burden_of_proof"When debating any issue, there is an implicit burden of proof on the person asserting a claim. "If this responsibility or burden of proof is shifted to a critic, the fallacy of appealing to ignorance is committed".[1] This burden does not necessarily require a mathematical or strictly logical proof, although many strong arguments do rise to this level (such as in logical syllogisms). Rather, the evidential standard required for a given claim is determined by convention or community standards, with regard to the context of the claim in question"

See the problem with that is that if I find something wrong, you'll just move on to the next thing. So I'd prefer to start at the top. What evidence there do you feel is most irrefutable and compelling? When I post a video lets presume that all of it is true. If you see anything in there that you feel is false then let it rip. Alternatively, lets presume that any false point, however small, invalidates all of the TCO claim.
