So was watching latest Luis Elizondo on Tucker Carlson Tonight where they randomly showed this recent UFO clip:
(11 secs)
Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8NbyVzXoqc
from news article: "Guy took the footage while crossing the Pamlico Sound from Ocracoke Island to the mainland."
so location is here: https://www.google.com/maps/@35.1530481,-76.3930273,100887m
looks like there is only 1 path from island (point is just a my guess of the filming location)
and guy is looking to the left side of ferry, so the closest coast to the left is 17miles away
lets take a closer look at this coast ...
some strange objects, what are they?
oh, it's military bombing range...
some info about this place:

BT-11 Piney Island (R-5306A)
Piney Island is a training facility in the Down East area of Carteret County. Piney Island, or BT-11 as the military refers to it, is a 10,000-plus-acre electronic practice range at the eastern tip of Carteret County. As part of the Mid-Atlantic Electronic Warfare Range (MAEWR), Piney Island is used by various military groups, including active-duty personnel and reservists. While planes actually do fly over the area, bombing simulations are recorded and scored electronically via computers to lessen the environmental impact.
