Fixed Include elevation display in the Look View

The look view shows a compass needle with azimuth. Adding the elevation of the look angle would be helpful, too.

I can see it by dragging open the Camera and watching the Tilt value, but that's not a nice display when doing a screencap once the sitch is complete.

Maybe make it optional via a checkbox in Show/Hide so those that want current functionality don't have it forced on them?
