Gaggle is traditionally an informal off-camera meeting, but it seems like the term "gaggle" is also used for fairly brief conversations with the press. Like this video with dancing dead-cat mics.

I feel like it would help a lot more if we can get a high quality (not lossy) video like the one from cspan but obviously without the lower third. I wonder if maybe if we asked nicely they might provide said video. Looking at this in a hypothetical situation where they (whoever "they" are) tried to do a green screen shoot to make it look like Biden is on the South lawn, you'd think the director would've gone for another take and asked Biden to keep his right hand to the right of the dead cat.
