Contrail Chemical storage containers

Can anyone explain this photo. Supposedly it is the canisters of chemicals used to poison us. There is a whole series of them, but one is enough. It was sent to me to "prove" that I am naive.

Well I would say they are water ballast tanks, used to check weight distribution. They can pump the water about between tanks to move the weight about.
If you find an image, you can often drag it into a google images search and the original will come up.
This particualr one has ben shared by so many chemtrail sites I can't find it.

I did find this one though:
which I thought was interesting they were touting it as a chemtrail plane, considering how young the ladies/girls are that are openly taking photos of them.
I found that same pic on this site though: http://airfixtributeforum.myfastforum.org/Airbus_A380_800_Prototype_about15825.html which also shows a small toddler in the pics.

Here are more photo examples:

I suppose two examples are enough....this is a well-known method used in airplane flight certification testing. New airplanes, or new designs (modified) from previous models.

The barrels hold water (to add weight, and simulate the weights of passengers, their luggage, and any cargo) and also the barrels are inter-connected, so the water weight can be 'shifted' during a flight....thus saving time because the "balance" is altered for any flight-test mission....saves time, no need to land, re-distribute weight, take-off again...etc, etc, etc......

Adding: It's important to remember the weight of water....it is about 8 pounds per gallon (about 3.7 kg/U.S. gallon). Very useful for this purpose...and of course, non-hazardous!!! (unless you are drowning in the ocean....but, this isn't the topic....)

I know there is a really good thread on here somewhere about that same thing. You'll have to search for it. Also, visit contrailscience.com to look at more information debunking chemtrails and other weather modification conspiracies. I would tell the person that is trying to convince you of this conspiracy that they should try to keep an open mind about the concept but not to go too crazy with all of the conspiracy related stuff on the web.

that might be the thread I linked to earlier ;)

I want to say, on behalf of the new member....whom I will call "Sue Bee" (based on the current avatar)....the continued trope and meme of "tanks" photos (which are indeed merely ballast barrels) remain as a common theme, among "chem"trail 'believers'...and also amongst those who promote the myth and hoax.

(And....sorry if "Sue Bee" sounds too diminutive...possibly you didn't even choose that avatar...."Suzanne" is a great name, and I hope that "Sue" as a short version, is not insulting. I have a neighbor with the name 'Suzanne', and no....she doesn't respond to "Sue"...). ;)

In case...(further respect, and my own apologies)...there is a brand of honey, here in the USA....marketed by the name "Sue Bee", or 'suebee.com'....that is where it comes from. Yes, I am a victim of product placement!!

It would be helpful to find the source of that photograph because until we do someones going to make the argument that the containers are different so they are being used for a different purpose. So far all the copies I've found come from chemtrail sites.

I haven't been able to find the exact photo, however this one is from the same aircraft as far as I can tell, and the barrels are clearly of the same type.

More similar barrels, a photo hosted on boeingimages.com, which should allay any doubts:

And a similar set-up being used to test a restored Boeing 747 prototype: http://www.seattlepi.com/local/slid...pe-restoration-begins-90366/photo-6639433.php

I cant tell if hes showing only pics from this plane Boeing777-300 (since I don't know what the inside looks like)

when you drag into google images, you gotta check the search at top of page and get rid of any chemtrail tag. here I put in ballast and saw this page pretty quick.

Nicely done. I have linked to that page before so I should have found it. Several images on that site have been stolen by chemtrailers.

It is rather annoying that Google "suggests" "inside chemtrail plane" for that photo. It gives the impression that Google is confirming it, somehow.

hmm this guy is saying 777-200. I don't know. you look more : )

probably wouldn't helped if I remembered to add the link ; ) @Trailblazer http://www.x-plane.com/adventures/crosscountry.html

Suzanne,
See following video for explanation of water tanks during testing.

Step inside for a tour of ZA001, the first 787 Dreamliner. Flight Test director Scott Peterson explains the black water tanks and other equipment onboard and the metal cone that flies from the back of the plane.

Thanks to everyone for the answer to this. I think it actually shut down the emails on that subject. I have to admit that I was surprised because logic usually doesn't have any effect on these people.

In response to the avatar question, I can't remember when I started using it where I didn't want my face, but SouixBee (or Sue Bee) came about when there were too many Sues in the office and I was Sue B. At one time the Sue Bee honey was Souix Bee, but I think Souix became politically incorrect and they changed it. I've never bothered.

I'm sure there's another reason since it is a product of the Sioux Honey Association and their logo is this:

Probably just a marketing choice playing on homonyms.
this is whats called "Off topic" ;)

but my guess was right so I'm posting it
In the early days honey was marketed under the “Sioux Bee” label, but the name was changed in 1964 to “Sue Bee” to reflect the correct pronunciation more clearly.

Yeah - but sometimes you just gotta talk. Just wanted to let Suzanne know she didn't have to worry about any PC implications. I wonder if they could use smaller ballast tanks if they used honey instead of water? That would really confuse them chemtrail community.

OT: How do you drag and drop images into google image. All I can do is right click on it and then search google?

you can do that too. I saved the photo to my desktop cause I wanted to look at the exif data. (right click and under properties).

or if you snipping tool images from videos, you have to save them to your desktop/computer.

i just go to google images , and drag from desktop to anywhere on the page.

edit add: plus i only use IE for metabunk so i cant right click.

Ok, so how do you get the exif data from this point, and you can PM so we don't hijack this thread unless it's relevant and can help others, which I think it is. Thanks

I'd like to point out that (1st, good job finding it!) and 2nd, that original picture had been co-opted by the "chemtrail crowd", who added a bit of photoshop....like some fake "HazMat" placards, and other text.

Pic from your post:

Photoshopped pic:

What is somewhat humorous is....that location (where you see a yellow and black square border) is actually the airplane's lavatory! So, the "HazMat" claim isn't entirely false ( neither is the word "sprayer"... ;) ).

I am seeing such a clever humor there, now I am wondering whether or not it did come from the "chem"trail community........

sometimes if you save the photo (right click save photo) its under properties/details (right click the photo once on your desktop/computer)
. or sometimes i use http://www.verexif.com/en/ but i don't know if this is best. i still learn things everyday myself... which are easier, like how to download youtube videos i just learned today on another thread.

add: exif data isn't 100% true. my current photos say 2007 cause i never set up my camera times. so.... gotta take info with a grain of salt.

ex i took this 7/2014 but if you save it to your computer and look under details it will say a very different time

Dee, when I use the site you linked above I get this when I upload your photo
upload_2014-9-17_9-1-21.png

well 1. like i'm gonna link a photo with my GPS data : )
2. hmm I don't know why my exif data didn't stick to the photo.
Oh, I've never used it before and wanted to know if thats what was supposed to happen... No biggie. It worked with other photos, so thanks for sharing this.. Its really cool
