Feature Request Building height

You can actually drag the grey handle as high as you like.
I kept the range at 400, as I figured it would mostly be used for actual buildings (and it's easier to use sliders with a small range). But I also use them for markers sometimes, which perhaps suggests the need for a dedicated marker.
The range should probably be more than 100m, though. We might want to add skyscrapers, maybe up to 1000m
