Location: Pacific ocean just off coast of Long Beach.
I know what satellites and planes look like, this wasn't that. Had been seeing these lights on and off constantly for awhile. Finally recorded them. I recently saw more strange lights but didn't record them.

Managed to obtain original phone video (too big for sitrec tho so I had to compress), and identify Castor and Pollux, interesting resolve as both the ISS AND Starlink

The sea was silent. Above it, a sky filled with stars and distant clouds illuminated by the night. A lone red light appeared on the horizon.

Managed to get a location Pafos in Cypus (directly on the shoreline from the photo) in the comments, resolves as an Airbus A321, again with a great starfield match with Jupiter and Venus prominent

I'm not sure about this. Castor and Pollux don't really seem to line up, and while the motion of the ISS and the satllite looks correct, it does not keep up with the video.

Here, I partially stabilized it. The horiuzon seems level, so the stars should line up
