Those looks like starlink race track flares. At dusk, your particularly likely to catch them. However, I can't remember if you see them to the east or west when the sun sets. The time stamp you gave puts you just past astronomical twilight...

We probably need to be aware, though, that after a call went out to send on your strange videos this may have changed a bit. This encourages a subtle sort of hoaxing, or at least something that is hoax-adjacent -- that is, it incentivized... -

Facing northwest from Broken Arrow, you're facing toward Tulsa international airport. Planes are the most likely source of the lights. -

That's a mindset which makes it difficult for a person to listen objectively to alternative explanations. Be careful; don't fall into that trap. It's a shame you didn't take a picture, because although you may have looked to your own... -

If only we had a time machine! We could go back together and look at it again. I think there would be two possible outcomes; 1/ it would not look quite the same as you remember it, and/or with your increased experience of atmospheric phenomena...
