Consider the fact that there are different probabilities for each of your categories. Concerning your 2a: was it specifically "presented as being in the sky"? Or is that just the assumption that went along with the "mysterious craft" story?

You need at least one more category, unless you count "small thing hanging on a string" as being in the sky.
