Good grief, more drone grid maintenance at night. (also raining) Fine tuning. It may be more likely that actual maintenance was going on, not just preemptive inspection. -

Also raining in this video... This one has some green lights. But note how much more powerful the spotlight is. The spotlight would be visible for miles. The greenlights would become unnoticeable at some distance. Not very far, probably... -

Those video are videos of videos he took from a private facebook group, they are hosted on his YT channel as they are screen recordings from his phone. There's no time data nor geolocation possible for them to perform triangulation -

It looks as if it's a bright light photographed through a glass bowl of water, which ripples somewhat. At least, that's the way I would try to recreate it! That, I suppose, would make it an "inter-medium" object. :)
