I think the directives to report are specific to the AF or Navy (or other agencies), and don't mean the observer will report directly to AARO. The Navy in particular established new guidelines in 2019...

There is another odd sequence that needs a proper explanation. Most of the other bright points in the video appear clearly above the water, with no real ambiguity. This one is different: it looks smaller, less distinct, and it partially fades...

What a silly show. Did any of the orb "summoners" have Micks new Starlink predictor app on their smartphone? Will the "summoners" allow anyone WITH that app on their phone to take part in an event like this? Or will they be banned from attending... -

I agree with you, we are forced to trust their analysis which is hidden from us. They are probably getting some stuff wrong (just because mistakes always happen), and it's frustrating not to be able to independently analyze their data and confirm...

It might worth clarifying AARO's actual congressionally mandated duties, as I think they are often misunderstood to include release of analysis and data of UAP cases as a primary duty. Their actual primary mission is to collect and analyze data...
