I have very little time... But could this be a superior mirage effect due to an inversion layer? The "white layer" would then be the sky, with an inverted image of the peak above it. This would explain the transient nature.

The US are making up most of the shortfall of Russian gas imports into the EU, though I'd say that's mostly due to the sanctions, with the pipeline problem being a contributing factor at best. Ukraine benefits from that, too.

That's what I thought. I really don't see how you can arrive at that. Most of the discrepancies are explainable. AAWSAP was an actual funded program, set up by Lacatski and Reid, likely for Bigelow's benefit. I think they really believe this...

I think Lacatski is mostly honest about AAWSAP. They made that database, those DIRDs, researched on the ranch, traveled to Brazil for some interviews or research, and so on. My guess is that AATIP is as described in the Kona Blue presentation...
