Absolutely fake. The image is a composite, and a poorly researched one at that. It's an Apollo command module, (or at least a hoax image based on one). The Apollo capsule was last used in the 1975 Apollo-Soyuz rendezvous in 1975...

Most of the command modules have a handle there - all of them from 9 forward have it, but 7 and 8 do not. It's present on recovery pictures as well so it wasn't added for display. Not sure why it was omitted from 7 and 8, as it was on the drop...
