MThere is just no hiding anything from Earth observing satellites. Why would an ultra secret facility risk detection of these hangars? A secreet facility is much easier to create, without any risk of detection from above.

Just to be like a UFO person, I'll offer a bit of cross-pollination from another thread courtesy of @JMartJr: At least some on Reddit though Lazar claimed this was the location of S4. Not sure how far or close it is to the location in the film.
