I have to admit the people pushing this agenda have come up with a good 2 word meme "Demographic Winter" that is fairly precise. Though they might have gone with "Demographic Slow Death"...
Just wanted to catalogue this myth, which apparently came out in 2008, and apparently still has legs. Here is some information on both sides.

First: Atomistic Individualism, or a Culture of Selfishness
Second: The decline of marriage.
Third: Devaluing children
Fourth: Feminism
Fifth: Secularism or the waning of faith
Sixth: The war on procreation.
This confirmed for me that we're being played and that there is a Christian agenda behind this theory. Its propaganda, not science, not economics. Or to hoist them by their own petard "by their fruits ye shall know them"!
