Let me possibly correct myself here. A quick Google of Mock comes up as the CEO or TAD Recovery then mentions disaster recovery and remediation which leads to TAD Restoration Service. Different website from TAD Recovery. TAD Recovery also has a fancy website, but is a bit confusing. The home page is all about their risk management services, but then tabs lead to things like logistics and oil and gas drilling services. Interestingly, there is NO team page or any mention on the TAD Recovery website about who runs it or works there.
Assuming Mock is the the guy in the orange shirt here:
He looks a lot like the T. W. Mock one finds on Facebook, who as of April 2023 was listing himself as a business consultant

No LinkedIn and no LinkedIn for TAD Recovery. He seems to appear on podcasts focused on business and success. Not really sure how he ended up as a "disposable asset" looking for alien skeletons.

Norcal's TAD link above uses similar language (but something like 27billion). I think his company (or a branch of his company,) is like Afflac ie. supplemental insurance.
The 27 billion (and likely now 49 billion allegedly) is the client assets he covers.

this is the drone scene 45 seconds into the Giant Skeletons video. (note: although the drone flies forward toward these collapsed buildings and into a "hole" (center bottom of pic) it is not the same hole that is shown when Mock says "this is the cave we found the skeletons". im not sure why they spliced 2 different holes together but im a bit suspicious that he is showing collapsed (possible hurricane damaged?/water) buildings when one of his companies repairs buildings.

Are any locations given?
Dramatic events tend to live on in local folklore, particularly when buildings are strongly associated with those events.
I'll make a prediction: We'll find no evidence of historical records, or of local folktales, about possible aircraft/ spacecraft crashes and the building of churches, for the reasons given, at the claimed sites (if the site(s) is/ are identified).
Re. TW Mock's backstory; establishing electricity supplies from generators is a useful skill, and doing so as an American in post-2003 Iraq (for the occupying authorities/ Iraqi government?) might have involved substantial risk, but it wouldn't make those contractors equivalents to special forces troops or field intelligence operatives.
Nor would it seem to offer the opportunity for those contractors to demonstrate skills in retrieving (or documenting) alien bodies and technology, or evading dangerous Chinese covert operations teams, which might be skillsets that many contracted electricians don't have.
I think we should be wary of questioning the honesty of claimants, but in the case it might be possible that an element of exaggeration or embellishment has crept in.

Strongly suspect this is manufactured footage, a "recreation". Possibly using scale models or AI partly informed by scale models,
What is that triangular structure on the left meant to be? No windows, but (apparently) about a storey high. The lines around its base might show it has been placed on the ground and it's not a building with integral foundations.
It looks like a line of temporary traffic lane divider blocks.
The small structure in the foreground can't be "local", e.g. a bus stop; it's far too flimsy to have withstood whatever devastation has taken place.
But it looks impractical for a covert retrieval team, it's in clear view and it'd take too long to disassemble should they need to "bug out" at short notice.
It isn't some sort of mobile "clean room", the sides don't reach the ground (it's supported by legs at each corner).
It contains something that looks a bit like an office chair viewed from behind; if it is, it seems out of scale, too large compared to the blue-suited figure to the right (though perspectives can be deceiving),
If this is a real place, it would be recognisable to many people. If this is authentic footage, Mock and co. clearly aren't worried about the location being identified, so they could help support their account by saying where it is. What we need is disclosure.
Some UFO enthusiasts seem keen on this idea IIRC.
Until and unless Mock etc. says where this is, or someone else finds matching photos of that location, my suspicion will be that this isn't a real scene.

i guess it's true that everything is bigger in America. It doesnt strike me as particularly odd.
i think its a real video footage, especially considering what the skeletons look like, kinda hard to believe they'd spend that much time getting all the fine details and shading and age of that scene correct. these are 'modular' but seem to be used to hold stuff in place. ??

What a mess. The 1/2 built buildings are definitely a Mexico thing. We go to San Felipe in Baja every year and the amount of small and large scale projects that just sit 1/2 done and abandoned is almost comical. So, if I were prompting AI for a "Mexico look" I would include buildings like that.
