Changes to Google Chrome led to a conflict with Xenforo which meant Chrome would stop working if you clicked "More Options" to get the full editor after editing an existing posts. This only happened with certain posts (that contain a link back to the main site). Details here...

I'm having some problems with email not being sent, this may have caused some notification emails not to get through, or to be delayed. I hope to resolve this today.
