This was shot from the same location as the tight shot which shows the penthouse collapse but is badly overexposed. This is overexposed, too. Is this from a different camera, or is the usual shot we see a cropped version of this?

Actually, it was the failure of the "lateral bracing", i.e. the sagging of the floor trusses, that caused the collapse! :D

As far as I know, no organization has ever addressed Truther claims, except as mentioned that AIA has voted down Truther resolutions. However, awards have been given out to reports that conform to the general "official narrative", which implicitly means rejecting Trutherism. See the Weidlinger...

And did you notice how loud it was? Now imagine how loud an explosion capable of "hurling multi-ton beams for hundreds of yards" would be!

Now explain why it was necessary to place a few scattered explosive charges well ahead of the collapse front on the perimeter. (The back blast from cutting charges in the core area would blow out windows all over the place.) Explain how they could be planted without anyone knowing and people...

Truthers would have some credibility if they could demonstrate a fire protection system that protects both demolition charges and their initiating systems yet remains inconspicuous.

Just to help: The other camera location was the CNN camera atop 5 Penn Plaza. I once thought that there were only four videos that captured the complete collapse sequence of WTC 7, until I realized there were actually two. (Reading the invaluable NCSTAR 1-9 really helped!) Here's the CNN...

This is the video that quite clearly shows a perimeter column falling long after most of WTC 7 has collapsed. How do Truthers deal with that?

From NIST, a column identified as being from WTC 7. The problem with WTC 7 is that the steel pieces did not have unique markings, so identifying the location in the building it was from was impossible.
