Dr. Anker Mueller was astonished to discover that the frequency of the earth was an exact match with the frequency of the human brain. Herbert König who became Schumann’s successor at Munich University, discovered and further demonstrated a clear link between Schumann Resonances and brain rhythms.

Ermmm .... Hang on a minute. There are several Schumann resonant frequencies, the most talked about being around 7.83Hz. (The frequency can vary due to things like solar activity).

But wait - there's more:

He compared human EEG recordings with natural electromagnetic fields of the environment (1979) and found that the main frequency produced by Schumann oscillations is extremely close to the frequency of alpha rhythms.

Alpha waves are not a frequency but a band of frequencies that spread from 7.5-12.5 Hz. (12.5Hz is 66% higher in frequency than 7.5Hz). So what does 'close' mean? Well it certainly does not mean as the article claims, "an exact match with the frequency of the human brain". And it does not take into account that brain waves vary in frequency from one person to another either.

As for the claim:
....that the absence of Schumann waves creates mental and physical health problems in the human body

and this:
Professor R.Wever from the Max Planck Institute for Behavioral Physiology in Erling-Andechs, began a study where he built an underground bunker that completely screened out magnetic fields. He then got student volunteers and had them live in the bunker for four weeks where they were hermetically sealed in this environment. Throughout the four weeks, Professor Wever noted that the student’s circadian rhythms diverged and that they suffered emotional distress and migraine headaches.

Well, wouldn't you be glad to get out of an underground bunker stuffed with student volunteers after 4 weeks and feel better for it?

Hmmmm . . . depends on who the other students were . . . :p

The search for a single 'key' to all well-being is amusing. Especially as it gets less-defined what that well-being is, it always seems to be some vague emotional, subjective benefits.
How about the basic elements of life - air, food, water, shelter, communal belonging, leisure? There's no single key.

Gravity - the key to all well-being.
Cellular division - the key to all well-being.
Regular bowel movements - the key to all well-being.

There's so many things we can't do without.
