I just found this site, https://curiouspilot.com/ , which offers a similar toolset to sitrec - the simulation of Observable Satellites including starlink flares and the ability to put a camera onto a aircraft kml and reply the flight.

The UI is cleaner and simpler than Sitrec, but it does not offer the same amount of tools and options. The developer is Philip Giacalone and has made some videos showing how the software can be used in UAP investigations.

This was the starlink sighting over Eugene, WA.

Yeah, I've talked a bit with Philip about this. I suggested he start a thread, but he never joined up. It's a nicer-looking UI. Sitrec does suffer from being over-complicated. I actually just started a push towards modernizing the UI today.

Hi guys. Just signed up. Hoping people will find CuriousPilot useful. It is clearly NOT as comprehensive or advanced as Sitrec. But I think it does have some nice features for the playback of nighttime UAP sightings from a moving aircraft. Yes, it is designed to be easy to use. Development is ongoing and I'm always open to constructive criticism and feature requests. Note that I do not want to compete with Sitrec. Just hoping to contribute in a small way to the set of tools available for the data-driven analysis of UAPs/UFOs.
