I get exactly what you mean. I just tried it myself. Took a few extra-long steps while wearing a pair of slippers and swinging my arms back and forth. Surely not exactly the same gait as the Chewbacca of Bluff Creek, but I just wanted to see what...

And that's why we need the library. (which could be a wiki, or might just be some special tagging feature on the forum, it matters not)

The problem with filming distant objects by hand is that one can easily, accidentally make the most normal objects & their movements appear weird. In the below example I'm slowly leaning just a few inches to my left and it's making the distant...

Ann K replied to the thread Donald Trump's Health.
While I am sick of "all politics, all the time", this particular thread is about Trump's physical and mental health, and of course our only access to that information is his behavior during his appearances in public or in events covered by the...

I remember Mick once saying somewhere that this effect is one of his favourite such illusions, complete with an example he'd filmed. His might be better than mine, but I can't remember the exact details. I think he shared it on twitter a couple...

Onyx replied to the thread Donald Trump's Health.
I became aware, via Twitter, that Trump has apparently canceled all his upcoming in-person rallies in Kansas and Iowa (unsure if this includes more), opting in for “tele-rallies”. The article explicitly mentions that his health might have been...

I think you're absolutely right. Looking at the gait, it indeed looks like a person deliberately trying to take extra long steps. But I also think we must consider some other factors here. The legs doesn't seems to continue up into the butt...
