But what could you FIND that would settle the question. When the answer is Nobody here but us Humans. It is the fact-of NOT FINDING things that is very hard to prove, without all that revelation of sources and methods. And if there are no aliens...

Posting a ResolveSky.com simulation of the same event. It also shows most of the Starlink flares occurring near 10 degrees above the horizon and at an azimuth of ~75 degrees. So they appeared straight ahead, relative to their ship's heading...

Released helium balloons are a menace I find them all over the landscape when I am out, I see them drift past when I am on remote moors, retrieve them from hedges and streams and bin them when I can.

"Apparently behind" indeed. Personally, I just don't see it. The video is highly compressed, and I don't think it's possible to determine whether the light is actually behind the tree or not. There are simply too many other indicators...

I don't really like how UAPs are often lumped together as if they're all part of the same phenomenon. UAP is simply a label for things we haven't identified, encompassing everything from balloons, drones and satellites to sensor errors...

And he's right on each point. They are called meteors.

Many of the sightings are of unidentified objects, some of them probably unidentifiable because they're in the LIZ. I'm not aware of ANY "truly anomalous" objects at all, and any anomalous sightings, such as your story, are only verbal and thus...

My husband died with dementia, so I'm very familiar with some of the symptoms. What I find more telling than the language glitches are the several times recently that he has just wandered off to the point that someone has to go and direct him...

I don't know how much an empty balloon weights, but were it just 1 gram it's 21 tons of plastics scattered around each day :( . Littering at its best.

I'm seeing estimates that on the order of 21 million party balloons are sold and possibly released each day globally. Around 5 million each day in the U.S. The flight time depends on many factors, but flight time can range from an hour to...

Please forgive my source impropriety. I had multiple sources which do not agree, and took the lower counts and estimates as conservatively as I could. There are multiple discussions on the impact of helium shortages impacting volumes. IN...
