Agreed. I used to argue that the classic skeptical mantra of "UFO's would be too technologically advanced to crash" might be rendered largely redundant if, rather than just a few UFOs visiting per year, there were instead thousands. i.e. the more...

I'm one of those people as well, but at the same time it's very difficult to convey my idea of a pattern to those who completely deny the possibility that there could be anything interesting beneath the UAP issue. I don't even think it's just a...

I never thought they'd release anything of substance, because I don't think there's any chance that they HAVE anything of substance*. * unless they redefine "substance" completely to include the more creative of hoaxes.

I wonder if image processing could reveal some stars in the background. (Provided the dots aren't stars.) Ideally we'd want to analyse the motion of the camera vs. the motion of the dots. They have motion blur, so I'd say they're caused by...

Particularly in the modern era, in the world of instant cheap mass communication networks, I also suspect interesting bits from one report are going to get picked up and included in later reports, either intentionally for hoaxes or subconsciously...

I'm as knowledgeable about the internal workings of various cameras as you, but I tend to agree. If one goes to around 0:45 of the video and slows the playback speed down, the 2 lights clearly mimic each other and are linked.

Which is fine to believe, but would be even fine if there was evidence to support it. I tend to agree if we can count things like the original crashed saucer statement following the loss if the Project Mogul balloon. But I note that this can be...
