    People haven't reported seeing them because the vast majority of people don't look up at the night sky or notice what's happening there. There is another section of the population who'll see the lights and just assume 'plane', and another section...

    If the witness saw these things "every night last winter", why has nobody else reported seeing them? Surely he would have told others to watch the sky at the proper time, wouldn't he? His whole backstory sounds fishy.
