I agree. It doesn't even look like the plane is "not moving". Simply comparing the relative positions of the plane and the overpass bridge from when you first see them together to the end of the clip shows that the plane is obviously moving...

Yes, but that is already being done. I'm ok with both: Studying UFOs as a social/psychological/archetypal phenomenon and also studying the real flying objects. The two things don't necessarily need to be correlated.
