They're interesting coincidences but there's a possible, if unlikely, cause - as Ann mentions above, the limited population who undertake such adventures.
Synchronicity is defined by its "acausality" — there being no logical causal connection...
They were also relatively new radar systems (brand new AN/SPY-1B passive radar according to Popular Mechanics), so it is likely that the bugs had not all been ironed out yet. Seeing spurious returns over a series of days on a brand new system is...
If conditions conducive to creating false targets were in the system or in the atmosphere or both, and were persistent over several days, why would false targets NOT persist over several days?
Given that they are military systems, I would be...
The number of people who participate in high-adventure excursions to exotic places is limited, compared with the population as a whole. The number of people going to what you describe as a limited-access island because of a particular interest is...

The “250.000 people watching it” on the first night (from the wiki page), is also a littlebit unbelievable.. But as always, when claims of extraordinary stuff is inflated with things like this, it is clear to me it is all nonsense.
So, since the evidence is so poor and it's origin unknown, and what evidence we do have lines up exactly with known phenomena (the moon), I'd consider this one sufficiently debunked and not really worth any more of anyone's time.
There doesn't appear to be any commentary on the video describing what is being seen, although there are a number of voices.
What they say sounds fragmentary, and lacks context.
We have no way of telling if the voices we can hear/ crowd noises...
Obviously this thread is your first experience here, so some things to consider:
1. Witness Testimony. This forum is full of threads about all kinds of events, sightings and claims based on what people claimed to have seen or witnessed. Very...
Here's a Sitrec. It's 100% the moon. You can scrub the time forward from 2:03 to 2:26 (and beyond) and see how the moon moves in the sky. This lines up exactly with the video stills...
They kinda lost me when lots of people (including professional media) had lot & lots of time to get decent images of the Virgin Mary,
and, failing that, some decent shots of remarkable lights in the sky (boy, is that a fall-off in ambition)...but...
But how do you quantify anecdotes?
I'd say the lights in the sky in the first picture in your post #37 look relatively bright. But I suspect they're birds in the night sky reflecting light.
Bright things show up quite well in photos. Do we have...
Illuminated birds look brilliant against a black sky. People exaggerate. Religiously extreme people exaggerate a lot, or choose from a different set of words than most people would use.
