What's worse, the Space Is Fake NASA Is Lying people are sharing fake AI garbage all over the place, and pointing out all the stuff that is nonsensical, and claiming this proves NASA is faking the whole thing. -
One of the most annoying things about Artemis has been the huge number of AI images that you have to sift through to find the real ones. Apollo never had this problem :rolleyes:

But it is worth noting that they ALWAYS precede a rotation of the glare. Other things may cause a bump, sure. But something to do with the rotation is causing bumps consistently. Anybody that wants to posit a mechanism by which the rotation... -

That's a prediction by Mick based on an understanding of why the bumps occur, not a prediction built into the code. So why is this a salient point? You seem to be conflating our total understanding of the system with what is actually implemented...

I think familiarity with trickery/fakery is extremely helpful. My dad's been a graphic artist for 40+ years, yet he's been fooled by AI! As his terminally online son who sees this stuff all the time, it's of course a lot easier for me to sus it...
