I noticed the blank line at the beginning too, and thought it was that (seen it before with other TLE decoders). But was puzzled when it worked just fine. Human race condition :D

The large issue to me is that about 150 kids did not even see or report anything...
Fixed. You had a blank line at the start of the file that messed up the parsing. I've made it skip blank lines at the start.
Also fixed a bug where it was not always choosing the best TLE entry
