Unless the effective elevation angle is incorrect. Maybe that dark line IS the horizon. However I don't think we are 100% on the exact date/time., are we?

It's almost like UFOs are the only game in town. And, paranormal stuff has become endemic in the UFO world. But one cannot debunk stories of poltergeists following UFO researchers home and whatnot, as there is nothing to analyze.

Update with one category that was missing and masked, the grid points that have low and high clouds (no mid-level clouds). And with another way to look at it on the right, the max altitude (or top) of the clouds. (still for cloud cover >30%)...

if Mick doesnt want people to think he's a ufo shill he should debunk other things. that's what i was going for. I'm aware i can post my own threads. I'm aware other members of MB could go out and find viral bunk to post that has nothing to do...

Got any to post? I mean, any that are newer than the Bigfoot thread. It's not up to Mick to provide entertainment, you know.

Non-UFO woo must still be out there, if we find it we can post about it. It's been a long time since I've seen anything "ghostly" (or more often claimed as telekinesis these days) where the debunk could be more than saying "Here, here is a link...

Fixed! I'd rewritten the label system, but missed some bits.

Today, I've got a twofer... This morning, when using an automatic checker to verify that the sudoku puzzle I'd just created had a unique solution, the bot's stats said that it made 666 guesses before finding the only solution. (The solver's...

A GP at my local surgery when I was a kid was called Dr De'Ath. They used to put the names of the doctors up on one of those black pegboards with white plastic letters that push into the little holes, and they apparently didn't have any...

A term I have seen for these kinds of names is "aptonym." I was in a band with an ER doctor, and two of his colleagues at the hospital were named Dr. Gutman and Dr. Doctor. But my favorite medical-related aptonym was my old boss' hematologist...

Plane labels don't seem to be working at the moment. The label toggle has no effect. https://www.metabunk.org/sitrec/?custom=https://sitrec.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/20018/planes_Nashville_tn_2026/20260122_035046.js

I guess it's up to us (the members here) to start threads about these subjects. I like them as well; they're rarely associated with conspiracy theories and ill-tempered allegations of "misinformation agents" etc. etc. and sometimes it's fun to...
