Fixed Unrecognized satellite name removes "Satellite to Track" menu item

Satellites -> Load LEO Satellites for Date adds a Satellite to Track menu item, but if I make a typo in the name, the menu item goes away and I can't figure out how to get it back without creating a new sitch.
